Owners Brian Roth, and Rob Lyons are the creators of Billy Goat chips which began as a favorite dish at their restaurant The Billy Goat Restaurant and Bar which opened in 2002. Later, after the restaurant closed, they continued by opening The Billy Goat Chip Company in February 2009, to begin their potato chip adventure.
As they outgrew their first building, which was only 923 square feet, they opened the door to their newest warehouse location at 3136 Watson Road the first week of April 2013. Their chips can be found at over 1000 locations throughout St. Louis and can also be ordered online through Amazon.
