Kerry Soraci had a vision when she opened the doors to her ice cream parlor two years ago, and that was a fun, creative place where art and food could mix. Kerry has been decorating cakes for about 7 years and decided to take her designs to her own place on Cherokee Avenue in May 2011. Soraci wants to keep everything as organic as possible and offers gluten-free cakes, and mostly organic ice cream along with vegan options and treats for your canine friend.
